BodyBack Workout: Week 4 Review

Holy Mac.

Please forgive me ahead of time for the minuscule update you're about to encounter...but my arms are hardly functional after tonight's kickboxing session.

Yeah...about that.

You see, my arms hurt from KICKBOXING...for 45 minutes...while holding 10 pound weights just about the entire time...so let me get right to it:

Last week, Kelly talked about how it often takes about a month to see obvious change when it comes to breaking old habits.

I can honestly report that, over the past week or so, I haven't been as tempted by my nagging sweet-tooth.  I've noticed a marked difference in how often I DON'T reach for the candy bowl and/or impulsively tear apart the kitchen in search of something sweet to satisfy a craving.

Five pounds.  I lost FIVE POUNDS this week!  After gaining for 2 weeks, I LOST FIVE POUNDS!

I'll admit...it DOES feel good.

And now I'm off to bed...before my arms hijack the computer, because they're DYING!

PS -- If you're interested, you can check out the rest of my BodyBack journey HERE.
