I have a question. We discovered about a year ago that my daughter has Celiacs. Yesterday, we attended Thanksgiving with my extended family. Most everybody wanted to be helpful in determining what my daughter could eat, but they were mostly uninformed. Anticipating this, we brought food for her.
Problem is that I needed to heat it up. I used TFX sheets on the cookie sheets to prevent cross contamination (they are like Silpats but much cheaper....can find them on-line or sometimes at Whole Foods) How much do I need to worry about cross contamination from other food in the oven. There was no bread in the oven but there were several casseroles.
